Safety
Safety is a pivotal component of all projects at Clayton Construction Company. CCC takes extreme precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of all personnel on jobsites as well as pedestrians, automobiles, and other traffic in and around the area. CCC is completely committed to maintaining a record of zero job-site accidents and injuries.
Individual and Collective Responsibility
Responsibility is the key to ensuring a safe working environment. All Clayton Construction Company superintendents, employees, and subcontractors are responsible for safety program management, both individually and collectively. Every single person working on a project is responsible for themselves and held accountable for their own actions. Training, teamwork, communication, and job-site cleanliness are all crucial elements for safety.
Safety Education and Awareness
CCC employees and subcontractors are each given general safety manuals and are familiar with all Clayton Construction Company safety standards. Monthly assessments and weekly Toolbox meetings are conducted to measure the knowledge and understanding of all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, all superintendents must be familiar with the Superintendent manual, are required to have a minimum of 10 hours of OSHA accreditation, and are Lull, Hilti, and CPR and first aid certified.
