Clayton Construction was recently awarded the renovation for the new Ollie's Bargain Outlet located in Spartanburg, SC.
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is the Mid-Atlantic’s largest retailer of closeout, surplus, and salvage merchandise.
Design for this project is provided by Ard, Wood, Holcombe, Slate Architects. Ollie's plans to open their first South Carolina location in September of 2011.
