Clayton Construction Company, Inc. was recently awarded the renovation of the new corporate headquarters for American Credit Acceptance. The project located in downtown Spartanburg, SC is scheduled to begin this month and will be completed by December 2011.
Design for this project will be provided by McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects.
American Credit Acceptance (“ACA”) is a rapidly growing, subprime automotive finance company that has been operating since 1991. ACA has quickly established itself as a lender of choice for deep subprime automobile lending needs in franchise and independent dealerships nationwide. ACA provides loans to consumers who otherwise could not obtain financing from traditional banks, credit unions, and manufacturer’s captive finance companies.
